Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 7th day of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee and $36 demand letter charge.

No overnight parking on the streets or Recreational Center and no parking on the grass at any time. No blocking of driveways or parking near fire hydrants or storm drains.
Pet Registration Form required
- One dog under thirty (30) pounds when fully grown or two (2) cats per household.
Architectural Changes:

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday. Garbage cans and recycling bins may be placed no earlier than 3PM at the curb the night before pickup and must be removed from the Common Area view on the day of pickup. Saturday includes Bulk pickup and recycling. Wednesday includes vegetation pickup. All questions on pick up and how it should be bagged should be directed to SWA 561-640-4000 as each home pays for this service on their property tax bill directly to Palm Beach County.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. There is a $200.00 Non-refundable application processing fee for each applicant (unless married) and payable to Crest Management Group. Go to the electronic application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to Crest Management Group.
- Capital Contribution is three (3) months assessment.
- Minimum Credit Score of 650.
- No Owner is permitted to lease their unit during the first two (2) years of ownership.
- No more than two (2) units may be owned by the same owner.
- No corporations may own a unit.
- No Owner may lease the unit more that once in a twelve (12) month period.
- $1,000.00 refundable common area Security Deposit required for all lease applications.
